Return Eligibility

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was delivered, Nocty will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us process your request quickly, please include photographs of:

  • the product,
  • the packaging,
  • and the shipping label (if applicable).

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest solution is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise required by applicable law:

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
